The legal basis for processing your information is your consent. You gave me your information by voluntarily signing up to receive the digital worksheet and newsletter, or by submitting a tutoring inquiry. I use it only for the purposes you signed up for, specifically:

I use EmailOctopus to manage subscriptions and send the digital worksheet and newsletter. When you subscribe, your name and email are stored on EmailOctopus servers (hosted on Amazon Web Services in Ireland, within the EU/EEA). EmailOctopus processes this data on my behalf as a data processor. Their privacy policy: emailoctopus.com/legal/privacy
The emails I send through EmailOctopus include tracking pixels that let me see whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. I use this information only to understand what content is useful. By subscribing, you consent to this tracking. You can reduce tracking by disabling automatic image loading in your email client, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
